Refund Policy for The Bastet Collective

At The Bastet Collective, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we are here to help. This Refund Policy explains your rights under Australian consumer law and our process for handling returns, refunds, and exchanges.

2. Change of Mind Returns
We understand that sometimes a gift basket may not be exactly what you expected. However, as there are products that could be tampered with once the delivery is opened, we do not offer refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind about the purchase. Please choose carefully before purchasing.
3. Returns, Repairs, or Replacements for Faulty or Defective Products
If your product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy, including a return, repair, or replacement. If the product cannot be repaired or replaced, you are entitled to a full refund.

Please note: If you paid via a gift card or store credit, refunds will be issued in the form of a store credit or gift card.
5. Shipping and Handling Costs for Returns
For faulty or defective products, we will cover the return shipping costs. If the product is not faulty, the return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
If the return is for an item that is defective or damaged, we will also refund your initial shipping cost (if applicable).
